Minor Softball 8-10

The Minor Softball division builds upon the skills developed in Rookie Softball. The season is split 50/50 between skill development and playing games. It is a machine pitched division. However, the girls will develop their pitching skills during the practice times. The girls will practice and play each night.

Start Date: Monday April 29, 2024

Days of Practice/ Games: Mondays & Wednesdays

**Please note with the schedule if there is not a game expect a practice

Time of play: 6:00 - 7:30 pm

Place: Kinsmen Quad 1 (1600 Willowbrook Drive)

End Date: Monday June 24, 2024

Photo night:  Monday May 6 6pm

Missed photo night Tuesday May 14 Confederation Park 7:30pm - 8:15pm

NO BALL May 20, 2024

Year End Fun Night: Wednesday June 26.  This night will have fun activities and a ball park dinner for players.  If other family members want dinner they can purchase at the concession. 

CMBA provides a baseball hat and team jersey (player keeps) Players must bring their own glove, and batting helmet with cage, a jill/pelvic protector, sweat pants/athletic pants/baseball pants, but no jeans or shorts are allowed.  Players may wear rubber cleats or running shoes.  *Please wash the jersey in cold water at all times*

Teams will be formed after the first 2 practices.
