Welcome to the 2024 Ball Season!

Season information: TadPole Baseball

The goal of TadPole Baseball is to build on the foundational skills learned in Rookie and to increase each player's ability to hit, throw, catch, and build a better awareness of game play. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and instructional environment for kids to learn the FUNdamentals.

Start Date: Tuesday April 30, 2024

Days of Practice/ Games: Tuesdays & Thursdays

Time of play: 5:30 - 7:00 pm

End Date: Thursday June 27, 2024

Opening Day Ceremonies: Saturday May 4  10am  Confederation Park.  Please see website for details.

Photo night:  Tuesday May 7 5:30 pm (if at quads) or Tuesday May  14 5:30 pm (if at Confederation park)

Missed photo night Tuesday May 14 Confederation Park 7:30pm - 8:15pm

Place: Hunter, Deloise  (140 Wattsville Rd) and  Kinsmen Quad 4  (1600 Willowbrook Drive)

Year End Fun Night: Thursday June 27, 2024.  This night will have fun activities and a ball park dinner for players.  If other family members want dinner they can purchase at the concession.

• Players are randomly placed on teams. Cranbrook Minor Ball Association will attempt to accommodate as many team mate and coach requests as possible, but they are not guaranteed. 

Players will receive a team shirt and hat as their uniform. CMBA will provide equipment to each team including balls, catchers gear, and bats.  Players must bring their own glove, and batting helmet. Players must wear a protective cup, sweat pants/athletic pants/baseball pants, but no jeans or shorts are allowed.  Players may wear rubber cleats or running shoes. 

*Please wash the jersey in cold water at all times*

This year communication will be via email and the Ramp Team app.  To download the app go to the app store or google play and find ramp Team app.  If this is the first time using the app, you will need to create an account.  Please use the email address you used to sign up your child.
