Head Coach

Coaches are responsible for running the team - including practices and games. Must learn division playing rules. Instruct players in proper baseball/softball skills.  Involve parents with the team and league activities. Works with the Assistant coach to assign job responsibilities according to the needs of the team.  Makes sure players and parents have fun. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU ARE NOT APPROVED AS A COACH, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO FULFILL A DIFFERENT VOLUNTEER JOB FROM THE REMAINING JOBS AVAILABLE.

Must register at cranbrookminorball.net for this position and have a current criminal record check on file (no more than 2 years old)

Assistant Coach

Assistant Coaches report to Head Coaches. Coaches are responsible for helping to run the team - including practices and games. Must learn division playing rules. Blastball Coach

Coaches will be responsible for running their group and liasoning with parents.  They will coordinate their parents for equipment placement and put away each night  Please register at cranbrookminorball.net for this position

Pre Season Cleanup 

Volunteers must be able to lift approx 20 kg and be willing to get a little dirty! Duties will include checking and replenishing supplies in each equipment bunker, lining, painting and raking fields, putting up fencing or screens and other things needed to be done including signage. A large vehicle would be helpful but not necessary

Rockies Royale Slopitch volunteer

2 shifts per athlete (each shift 3 hours) registered during Rockies Royale Slopitch Tournament helping with refreshment gardens, registration/ information desk, or field prep The 3rd week of June

Post Season Cleanup

Volunteers must be able to lift approximately 20 kg and be willing to get a little dirty.  Duties include putting equipment away for the season, taking down signage, and other things need to be done.  A large vehicle would be helpful but not necessary

Quad Concession Worker

Volunteers will work shifts throughout the season to run the concession.  They will work under the care of the Concession manager.  Duties include preparing snacks and refreshments for each night, putting stock away, cleanup of concession at the end of the night.
